About Altered Lens

Altered Lens Homebrewing is brewed out of the garage of Kristopher Hopper. Originally from the Springfield, IL area and now residing in Collinsville, IL Kris began brewing in 2018 and is a certified BJCP Judge and Bourbon Steward. He believes that brewing is an art form and that beers should be respected from their historical context, but with our own unique perspectives. Altered Lens Homebrewing beers can be found at various festivals throughout the St. Louis area, as well as on tap at the Sugarcubed private speakeasy.
